- GIS Services -

The goal of GIS Services is to deliver accurate and up to date geographic information resources for the City of Coos Bay staff and its citizens. The City's GIS program supports the Public Works & Development Department in the form of map creation, data development, data maintenance, technical support, presentation, analysis, and application development. In addition to Engineering, GIS Services routinely performs work for other City Departments, including; Planning, Administration, Urban Renewal, Police and Fire.
